Firstly we’d like to welcome you to the Kung Fu Schools family. This page is designed to give you an introduction & some basic info re how it all works. Nest Management
You will have received an email from Nest Management re setting up your direct debit. Please complete this as soon as possible to ensure your membership is activated. Your Kung Fu Suit &/or T-shirt will be given to you once this is complete. ***Please Note*** Your bank statement debits will show as “Nest Management”
Gradings & Graduations
There are 6 grading opportunities a year. The full process is explained here. Please have a quick read so you’re familiar with the process –
Have a friend who’d like to try? You’ll receive a gift for the introduction!
If you introduce someone to the club they will receive the 4 weeks free along with the suit &/or t-shirt. If they decide to join up your child will also receive a reward for the introduction! Usually this will be the weapon we are training at the time but if you already have that you can choose a gift of equivalent value from us.
You can train any day you like
You don’t have to stick with your regular training days & you don’t have to let us know which days you’re training. We try to be as flexible as possible so you can fit your training around you. Kids incentives & badges
As well as the Kung Fu training we have an extensive reward scheme for the kids classes. This is designed to encourage them to make 100% Black Belt effort in all aspects of their life

All weapons used in class must be purchased through us
In order to ensure safety & quality any weapons used in class must be purchased through us. If you’d like to buy some just let someone know in class. Obviously this is optional. All weapons are provided if you don’t have your own
30 Days Notice
If at any point your situation changes and you can no longer attend the classes we request just 30 days notice to cancel the agreement. Please ensure you contact us by email at team@kungfuschoolsgillingham.co.uk to request a cancellation.
We’re open 48 weeks of the year
We are closed for two short two week breaks during the year, one at the end of the School Summer Holidays & one over the Christmas period. This gives our instructors a well deserved break with their families.
We are also closed for Bank Holiday Mondays
Other than that…we’re open for classes all year long!
The monthly payment is calculated on 48 weeks training and you are paying for 4 weeks training in every payment. This keeps the maths simple for all!
