Alongside the Martial Training at the Kung Fu Schools we run a Positive Reward Scheme. This is designed to encourage our students to take the 100% Black Belt effort they make in our classes and apply it to all aspects of their life, both Physical & Academic.
!!!New!!! – 5 Elements Battle Cards!
Consistency is the key to success in all endeavours of life. At the Kung Fu Schools we recognise that building positive habits is a very important trait & one that will permeate all aspect of life, not just Kung Fu.
Our new 5 Elements Battle Cards are replacing the current “Grandmaster Badges” as a reward for good training. Here’s how it works…
One good Kung Fu lesson will earn a Grandmaster Clip. When 5 Grandmaster clips are received they can be exchanged for one of the 5 Elements Battle Cards (shown below)!
Once all of the Series 1 5 Elements cards have been collected (Series 2 will follow soon!) they will receive the Grandmaster Card!
GOOD WORK BADGES
These are awarded for outstanding achievement in any Physical or Academic endeavour outside of the Kung Fu Schools. An example would be achieving an improved grade in Maths, receiving a Swimming certificate, achieving a Musical Grade in an instrument…anything where the child has shown 100% Black Belt effort outside of the school
The Student will receive 1 Silver badge for 1 piece of good work or a Gold badge for 2 pieces of good work. Badges are placed on the left leg of the suit trousers going down the leg (see below)
Dragon Warrior Cards & Badges
Once 5 Good Work Badges have beed received the Student moves on to collecting Dragon Warrior Cards. These are awarded for the same achievements as the Good Work badges.
Once 20 Dragon Warrior Cards are received they can be traded for a Dragon Warrior Badge. These are placed on the Left Arm of the suit (shown below)
